Established in 1989, Delmon Management Services (Pvt) Ltd is a recruitment company engaged in providing manpower to Cyprus. The company is registered with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment and the Department of Labour under license No. 612.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, the company has established a strong presence in the field of job placement overseas by providing a reliable and responsible service. The Sri Lankan population has been graded with a 92.6% literacy rate according to UNESCO (2015), which contributes for an educated, intelligent, hardworking, responsive and highly trainable workforce.
